1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 6r77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 6r77 website at https://6r77.app, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, wager, or game stake, you irrevocably confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understood their content.
• You accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms.
• You satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on 6r77 or any affiliated platform. Attempting to re-register while self-excluded is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a reportable offence.

6r77 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of features on 6r77 — including deposits, withdrawals, real-money gameplay, and bonus participation — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 6r77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Processing times and applicable limits vary by method.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on 6r77 is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your 6r77 wallet in real time for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1–24 hours for bank card and bank transfer methods. 6r77 does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 6r77 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed by 6r77 within 24 hours of approval for standard accounts and within 4 hours for VIP tier members. Funds are credited to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method compatibility.

6r77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on any withdrawal request, particularly where the amount is large, where unusual account activity has been detected, or where KYC documentation has not yet been fully verified. During such reviews, the withdrawal amount may be temporarily held pending the outcome of the review. 6r77 will communicate the status of any such review to the player via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using 6r77, you agree to conduct yourself lawfully, honestly, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6r77 platform:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity.
• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting), whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with 6r77.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, macros, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate platform systems.
• Colluding with other players, whether in card games, sports betting, or any other format available on the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable software error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which you have placed a bet on 6r77.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 6r77 platform infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 6r77 staff members or other players via any channel including live chat, email, or social media.
• Allowing minors to access your 6r77 account or use the platform in any capacity.

Any breach of these obligations may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of all balances (real money and bonus), and, where applicable, the reporting of your conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. 6r77 reserves the right to pursue civil remedies for losses suffered as a result of prohibited conduct.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

6r77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where there is a reasonable basis to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct.
• The player is the subject of a self-exclusion order and has attempted to re-register.
• KYC documentation provided is fraudulent, tampered with, or cannot be independently verified.
• Unusual account activity suggests money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• It is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms (for example, where a player voluntarily requests closure or activates self-exclusion), any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method after satisfactory identity verification, provided that the balance has not arisen from any suspected fraudulent activity.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 6r77 platform — including but not limited to the 6r77 brand name, logo, visual design, website layout, text, graphics, software interfaces, game thumbnails, promotional artwork, and structural elements — is the intellectual property of 6r77 or its licensed third-party partners (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 6r77 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 6r77 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, communications, or agreements, whether written or oral.
